Shipping Policy

Sandollar Soap Company accepts orders 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Orders are processed in the order that they are received. Standard processing time for orders is 2-3 business days. Transit times will vary depending on location and shipping carrier. Orders that contain a different shipping address from billing address may be subject to review, in which case the customer will be contacted. This can delay shipping time.

Lost or Stolen Packages 
We do not take responsibility for lost or stolen packages. We are not responsible for packages that are delivered to a wrong address due to an incorrect or incomplete shipping address provided by the customer. If the package shows delivered to your address but is missing you must report the lost package to the shipping carrier. If the package is declared as stolen, you must report the package as stolen to your local police department. We are not responsible for stolen packages. If your package is lost, please let us know and we can launch an inquiry with our carrier about the lost package and attempt to have it recovered. If the carrier declares the package to be a complete loss, we will reship your order to you at no charge if stock is available. 

Damaged Packages 
We handle damage claims on a case-by-case basis. We are not responsible for damaged packages. If your order is damaged, we ask that you contact us within 48 hours of delivery confirmation and we will handle filing a claim on your behalf.
